Our team
Ovelele Learning Solutions and its partners have more than 30 years of instructional design experience amongst themselves. These people are all highly qualified and professional individuals with a passion for human performance improvement. Their talents are used to design engaging and effective learning materials for facilitators and learners, develop computer-based and web-based learning programmes, and create on-line help systems. They consult with clients to identify learning solutions that are unique and most suitable in addressing the specific need. The course material deliverables are functional, intuitive, informative and creative. Instructional and adult learning theory is applied, as well as accepted instructional design methodology, accelerated learning principles, use of assessments and evaluations. Recommendations for interface design and sequencing of instruction is also developed and provided.
